We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you can return it in its original, unworn condition with the protective film intact for a full refund.
Are Kala watches water-resistant?
Most of our collection features a water resistance rating of 5ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday wear and light swimming. Please check the specific product page for individual model ratings.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Kala watch comes with a 2-year limited international warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and hands.
